Pasture Pasta is made using our own pasture-raised eggs, laid by hens that live outdoors on open pasture in south-west Victoria. It’s a natural extension of what we already do at Chooks at the Rooke — producing honest, high-quality food from animals raised the right way. By turning our eggs into fresh pasta, we’re creating something that’s simple, nutrient-rich, and full of flavour, while also reducing waste and keeping the supply chain tight and transparent.

Our pasta is made locally, in small batches, using a short list of 100% Australian quality ingredients and eggs we know inside out — because we produce them ourselves. The result is a pasta with real depth of colour, structure, and taste, designed for people who care about provenance, texture, and consistency. Pasture Pasta is suited to both retail and foodservice, and works just as well in a home kitchen as it does on a restaurant plate.
